A1isp has been in business for many years and prides itself on continuous, reliable service backed up with professional support. From the largest rackspace to the smallest server, we treat each of our customers with the same high priority; as a result many have added additional servers and systems since they have been with us.
Why? Whilst there are many reasons to chose A1isp, customers stay due to our levels of support.
We provide many services from backup capabilities for large corporates, through to colocation of business servers and servers for gaming clans and businesses. We pride ourselves on support; each customer has a dedicated support engineer and has his or her contact details. Even Internet messenger details are shared along with their mobile phone which is on 24/7 and yes, you can call them anytime!
Not that it is needed often. However, peace of mind means a great deal in the business we are in!
Quality Facilities
Yes, there are cheaper facilities than London Docklands and Bluesquare Maidenhead to host in. However, they simply cannot provide the quality and diversity of bandwidth that can be provided in higher quality data centres.
Both our colocation facilities benefit from fast, redundant links to major exchange points such as LINX and LONAP. Recent testing reveals low latency, less than 2ms to LINX - this guarantees you fast, responsive service - especially for voice and gaming servers!
It is not just a pretty, clean and tidy building that makes a good hosting facility (as ours are) it is the speed and latency of the bandwidth that can be provided too. We believe ours is second to none.
